Health & Safety regulation requires that Risk Assessments and Methods of work be carried out for certain tasks.
Risk Assessments
We supply risk assessments for all the operations we carry out on site such as grass cutting, strimming and weed control.
The risk assessments are both general and specific to each site.
Control of these risks is outlined in 'Methods of Work'.
Methods Of Work
We also supply Methods of Work for all the operations we carry out on site.
Methods of Work also describe how risks identified in risk assessments are to be managed.
Site Reports
This service is of particular use to managers who are based some distance away from the site they manage.
As grounds maintenance contractors, we spend a lot of time on site. We are in a good position to spot items, which should be brought to your attention.
We are not qualified surveyors so our reports should not be considered comprehensive or definitive. However, they can be a useful tool in saving time and money.
Site reports are illustrated and can be made annually, six monthly or quarterly and include information
such as leaking overflow pipes, abandoned vehicles, graffiti, broken drain covers, fly tipping and anything
we notice that we think should be brought to your attention.
Anything that has urgent health and safety implications is reported immediately by telephone.
We also include quotations for any work we can carry out or contact numbers for any local tradesmen that we have dealt with in the past and trust.
